Workforce Administration & Reporting

The Shared Services Organization Human Resources Unit provides our clients with workforce administrative assistance.

Services include:

  • Benefits Eligibility Inquiries
  • Employment Status Inquiries
  • Employment Documentation (ex: Employee Development Plan)
  • Service Credit
  • Leave Accrual Change/Inquiries

To submit a request for processing:

  1. Navigate to the AggieService Community Portal
  2. Select either Ask a Question to submit your inquiries
  3. Submit a Case and complete the Personnel File Management Request
  4. Attach any additional information/documents to the request/inquiry.

Workforce Administration Reports

The SSO HR Unit provides monthly Workforce Administration Reports to all client departments.  The reports are sent to the contacts that have been designated by the client departments.
