UC Davis ID cards are extended to staff and emeritus faculty who retired from UC Davis and are receiving monthly benefits from University of California Retirement System (UCRS) or who elected a lump sum cash out.
Only UC Davis retired faculty and staff are eligible to obtain a UC Davis Retiree Identification Card. If you retired from another UC campus you are not eligible for a UC Davis identification card.
How To Obtain Your Retiree Identification Card
After you retire you may obtain a retiree ID card, also called an AggieCard, which will give you access to campus resources such as the library and discounts at campus venues. You may obtain your retiree AggieCard by scheduling an appointment using ScheduleOnce. Your AggieCard will be processed by the Shared Services Organization (SSO) at the New Employee Onboarding Center location at the Memorial Union (MU), second floor on the Davis campus. An appointment is required to get your ID card. ID card processing is available Monday 9 a.m. – 1 p.m., and Tuesday through Friday from 12:30 p.m. - 4 p.m.
You must show the following forms of identification:
- Photo ID
- Retirement confirmation letter (mailed from UCRS when retirement is confirmed) or direct deposit/SurePay pension statement (downloaded from the At Your Service website).
