Reporting Workplace Violence

Alert supervisors to any concerns and report all incidents as soon as possible through recognized reporting procedures.

You should report any concerns that include:

  • Physical harm or risk of physical harm
  • Verbal statements of intent to harm
    • Verbal threats
    • Physical posturing
  • Verbal harassment 
    • Discriminatory or sexually harassing statements, insults, name-calling, etc. 

Report concerns to:

  1. Unit supervisor/manager
  2. Security and/or UCDPD
  3. Submit an online incident report through RLDatix
