What is AggieService?

The AggieService case management system tracks all human resource and payroll transactions for clients of UC Davis' shared services centers, including the Shared Services Organization (SSO), the Academic Unit Shared Services Center (AUSS-C), and the Distributed Shared Services Center (DiSSC), which serves the College of Agricultural & Environmental Sciences.

Even if you are not a client of the above service channels, all UC Davis employees can use AggieService to ask a question, report a problem or get access to a live person for help with:

  • Talent acquisition and recruitment
  • Reclassification and compensation
  • Payroll
  • Benefits

More service lines are being added to AggieService, so please check back for updates.
