Professional Communities of Practice (CoP)

 

Change CoP

OE’s change consultants administer and facilitate the UC Davis Change Community of Practice, which is dedicated to expanding awareness and knowledge of known and innovative approaches to change in the academic and teaching hospital environments.

Coaching CoP

The community is open to UC Davis staff and/or retired staff who have completed (or are enrolled in) a formal coaching training program.

Lean CoP

The Lean Community of Practice works to expand the knowledge of Lean principles and practices and serves to support and promote a continuous improvement culture at UC Davis.
