HR Symposium 2019

HR Symposium

For all UC Davis human resources professionals and stakeholders

The Second Annual HR Symposium was held on September 18

The theme was enhancing the employee experience and it focused on critical touch-points in the employee life cycle - managing performance, encouraging development, fostering worklife, creating a respectful workplace - all with the goal of retaining our One-of-a-Kind employees.

The 2020 HR Symposium has been postponed.
We'll send a broad announcement to partners and former attendees when the event is rescheduled.

UC Davis employs 20,000+ people, each of whom will have unique experiences throughout their careers. Supervisors have countless opportunities to shape those employee experiences - from interviewing and onboarding, and on through retirement.

Over the course of a career, interactions with colleagues, students, patients and others will also impact the employee, affecting their engagement, productivity, well-being, sense of belonging, and career development.
