Cynthia joined UCDH ELR in October 2022 as part of the Project Policy Compliance team. She graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a BS in Social Sciences and earned her Master of Arts in Anthropology from Cal State Fullerton. She has worked in higher education since 2016 supporting mental health initiatives via data analytics, program evaluation, process improvement and project management.

Cynthia is a certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor, is passionate about mental health advocacy, and promotes health & wellness through meditation, yoga, connecting with nature, and mindfulness. She co-parents her two kids and enjoys spending quality time with friends and family.
