Shared Services Organization 

Service Desk

The Service Desk is the first point of contact for the Shared Services Organization. Service Desk Analysts respond to all incoming phone and email inquiries, as well as reviewing all incoming Ask a Question and Report a Problem cases. The Service Desk provides reporting to management, conducts training sessions for clients and staff on AggieService, manages I-9 Tracker requests, participates in the Change Advisory Board meetings and facilitates requests for Aggie Service case form updates, to name a few.
