Kimberly joined UC Davis Health in 2010 and has built a distinguished career in Human Resources, contributing her expertise across multiple roles since 2017. Her work spans Talent Acquisition, Training, and Program Specialization within the Learning and Organizational Development department, where she most recently served. In December 2024, Kimberly transitioned to the Workplace Violence Prevention department, marking the latest chapter in her UC Davis Health journey.

With nearly 15 years of experience at both UC Davis Health and UC Davis, Kimberly brings a diverse skill set that includes research, recruitment, onboarding, academic personnel, billing, payroll, policy interpretation, labor relations, leaves management, training, facilitation, curriculum development, and institutional knowledge. Her deep familiarity with the organization has made her an invaluable asset.

Before her tenure at UC Davis, Kimberly worked in various roles, including as an Ancillary in a pharmacy, as a local Sacramento-area deejay for alternative rock stations, and as an on-field emcee for the Sacramento River Cats for a season—experiences that have helped shape her dynamic career.

Kimberly earned her Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from Sacramento State, where she proudly supports her alma mater with the rallying cry of "Stingers Up!" Her passion for community service, veterans, and empowering others is at the heart of everything she does, from her professional endeavors to the countless partnerships and friendships she’s built over the years.

Outside of work, Kimberly is a dedicated mom, often found cheering on her athletic son at various events. She enjoys spending time outdoors, whether hiking, camping with her husband and three dogs, or swimming in lakes, rivers, or the ocean. Kimberly’s life reflects her commitment to both personal growth and the well-being of those around her.
