Navigating Difficult Relationships
Do you have any difficult relationships in your life currently?
Navigating Difficult Relationships drop-ins will help you to receive support, brainstorm ideas to better communicate with others, and give you coping strategies for the everyday stresses of engaging with difficult people. This space focuses on participants’ close relationships such as spouses, partners, parents, adult children, and significant friendships.
***For this support space participants have the option to remain anonymous by utilizing a pseudonym name and turning off their camera. Also, participants can join at any time during the 1hr meeting and are not required to actively participate to be in the group.
This is a drop-in support space that reoccurs on a weekly basis from 3/11/25 to 4/29/25 and will resume in July 2025.
