Clinical Enterprise Management Recognition Plan (CEMRP) 2

UC Davis Health provides financial recognition to recognize eligible, non-represented staff and managers for their contributions toward improving lives and transforming health care.

Payout on Nov. 27 for 2018-19 Results

Monthly and bi-weekly paid employees will receive the CEMRP 2 payout in their November 27 pay. A separate off-cycle check will not be issued.


Eligibility

  • Non-represented employees hired before Jan. 1, 2019
  • Current on all mandatory training
  • Received fully achieved expectations, or above, in last performance evaluation
  • On active pay status and in a non-represented position at payout.

Setting CEMRP 2 Objectives for 2019-2020

HR Workforce Strategies is setting up the CEMRP Objectives section in the UCPath ePerformance module. We anticipate this module will be available by late December for individual managers to enter objectives. We will keep you updated and will provide helpful job aids.
