Rachel has been with UC Davis since 2019 and joined the Employee and Labor Relations team as a Trainer in Workplace Violence Prevention at UCDH in 2022. Rachel is a learning and development training professional with over ten years of experience in violence prevention. She earned her Bachelor's degree from UC Santa Cruz, her Master's degree from San Francisco State University, and is currently an EdD student at UC Davis.
