Debra Swart, M.S., C.R.C., C.P.D.M., is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and Certified Professional in Disability Management with over 15 years of experience in the field of Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling. Her past experience includes working within non-profit, private, and public sectors in Northern and Southern California. Prior to joining UC Davis in 2018, Debra had the opportunity to work on behalf of several large Fortune 100 Information Technology corporations. Presently, Debra works at UC Davis and UC Davis Health campuses and consults with supervisors, managers, employees and other stakeholders in the areas of disability, interactive process and reasonable accommodations. She especially enjoys consultation in this area with an emphasis on applying state, federal and UC policies as related to disability and absence management issues.
