UC Presidential policy, Abusive Conduct in the Workplace (effective Jan. 1, 2023) helps promote a respectful work environment and helps prevent abusive conduct in the UC workplace.

Confronting abusive behavior in the workplace, and informing employees about how to address it, is crucial to creating a climate of respect, civility, and inclusivity. We are pleased with this new policy and look forward to the upcoming training. There is no place for abusive conduct in a healthy and productive work environment, and it's important that employees feel safe to speak up."
-- Tammy Kenber, Chief Human Resources Officer
