Bio

How I Work with Staff and Faculty

I approach clients with thoughtful openness, offering skills to help improve communication with others, deal with stress, become more aware of how the body and emotions are interconnected, and more. I have trained in TF-CBT, CBTp, TI-CBTp, and CBT-AAPT through UC Davis in collaboration with Stanford University.

I use my lived experience of ADHD to also provide perspective, consultation, and guidance to support clinician colleagues, staff, and the UC in navigating accessibility and inclusivity on campus, while also holding the UC Davis Support Group for Neurodivergent Staff/Faculty.

I have provided several psychoeducational presentations to UC Davis and UC ANR staff on topics such as stress reduction in difficult times, coping with uncertainty, motivation, functional communication, disability studies, neurodivergence, and more.

Personal Interests

Outside of work, you can find me producing indie music, volunteering on the Board of the Davis Food Co-op, training for a 5k, and enjoying time with my wife and our poodle, Claude.
