Bio

How I Work with Staff and Faculty

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and licensed professional clinical counselor with experience supporting individuals navigating workplace stress, anxiety, trauma, neurodivergence, grief, and major life transitions. My background is in K-12 education, community mental health, and private practice. In my theoretical approach, I apply interventions from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

I strive to create a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgemental space where people feel supported as they navigate life’s stressors. It can feel overwhelming to balance work, personal responsibilities, and unexpected transitions or loss. My role is to walk alongside individuals as they make sense of what they are experiencing and find ways to move forward with greater clarity, tools, and resilience.

Personal Interests

I enjoy any opportunity to be in nature, traveling, solving puzzles, and taking walks with my dog, Frodo.
