Bio

How I Work with Staff and Faculty

My approach with clients is warm and collaborative with the goal of creating an environment where clients feel heard, respected, and understood. I value humor and authenticity in the therapeutic process and believe that therapy can be both meaningful and approachable. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindful Self-Compassion to help clients better understand their thoughts and feelings, manage anxiety, improve relationships, and develop healthy boundaries.

I frequently work with staff members who have experienced workplace violence, and I assist with trainings focused on preventing and mitigating workplace violence. I am a certified Facilitator for Mental Health First Aid, Gracie Medical Defense, and Behavioral Threat Assessment Management.

Personal Interests

Outside of work, I enjoy going to musicals and concerts and participating in activities such as Pilates and pickleball.
