How I Work with Staff and Faculty
In addition to supporting those working in healthcare, I have experience counseling a wide range of populations including school-age and college students, individuals who have experienced various forms of abuse, perinatal and postpartum women, and young parents. I have a particular interest in helping individuals adjust and navigate through life changes, career and occupational challenges, and relationship difficulties. I utilize an integrated treatment approach based on what may be most helpful for your specific situation. Some of the therapy modalities I integrate in my practice include trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, ACT, CFT, MI, and strengths-based counseling. I am fluent in Spanish and can conduct sessions in this language if preferred.
Personal Interests
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, watching action and comedy movies, and being outside in my garden.
