This month, the Mondavi Center presents Coltrane 100, a special tribute celebrating the centennial of jazz legend John Coltrane’s birth. Featuring an all-star lineup including Joe Lovano, Melissa Aldana, Nduduzo Makhathini, Linda May Han Oh, and Jeff “Tain” Watts, the performance honors Coltrane’s legacy while exploring his music through fresh, contemporary interpretations.
