Menopause

Peri menopause and menopause symptoms affect 85% of people who have or had periods and can vary from mild to severe. Employee Well-being wants to better understand the impact of this normal but sometimes difficult transition on the well-being of UC Davis employees and potentially identify ways to support them to improve quality of life.
