UC has established a new, temporary Systemwide Wildfire Catastrophic Leave Bank to support UC employees affected by the wildfires in the greater Los Angeles region.

Now through March 31, 2025, eligible UC employees from any UC location may donate accrued vacation or Paid Time Off (PTO) hours to this bank. Eligible affected employees from any location also may receive donations from the bank.

1. Download the Los Angeles Wildfire Catastrophic Leave Program Donation Form
2. Complete the Employee Information section
3. Email the form to Payroll Services:
