'What's Up Doc?' newsletter revamps communication to physicians
(SACRAMENTO) In response to the 2023 CommUNITY Feedback Survey and other faculty input indicating the need for further communication tailored to physicians and School of Medicine faculty, UC Davis Health launched a redesigned What’s Up Doc? e-newsletter in the fall of 2023. What’s Up Doc? is distributed biweekly to all UC Davis Health physicians, School of Medicine Ph.D. faculty, residents, and fellows. The newsletter is produced in collaboration with the UC Davis Medical Center, UC Davis Medical Group, the School of Medicine, and ambulatory care.
What’s Up Doc? is now the primary, one-stop resource for relevant announcements, news, research grant awards, professional development opportunities, and recognition of our physicians, Ph.D. faculty, residents, and fellows throughout UC Davis Health. It also seeks to reduce the number of standalone announcements and emails. View past issues of the newsletter here.
