(SACRAMENTO) Leaders from UC Davis Health have launched a listening tour with health system teams aimed at gathering valuable feedback and taking action on targeted needs.

Similar in spirit to the “You Said, Together We Did” initiative earlier this year, the Lunch with Leaders program is focused on making positive changes involving processes, quality, equipment, or other key areas. The difference is that these lunchtime sessions are in-person meetings for employee teams with the health system’s top leaders.

Three sessions have been held so far in 2024 (Emergency Medicine, the Cardiovascular Group, and Neurology). More recaps are coming soon and will be archived on this page.
