(SACRAMENTO) Over the last three months of 2023, executive leaders visited a variety of teams across UC Davis Health. The purpose of this listening tour was to connect meaningfully with employees, recognize outstanding work and hear what would improve employees’ experiences. Leaders reported they learned a lot about the complexities of your work, from medical procedures to nutrition services, and they then identified a number of specific actions to take. The listening tour was a direct response to the 2023 CommUNITY Feedback Survey results, where employees asked for more visibility from top leaders.

This story is part of the ‘You Said, Together We Did’ campaign which highlights the various improvements being made in response to employee feedback.
