Take a 15 minute mindful pause for your well-being on Zoom with us – no experience needed, all are welcome. This class is open to all UC and UC Davis community members, beginners, and experienced meditators alike. Guided by Neesha Patel, PhD, of WorkStrong (Occupational Health Services).
Sessions: Thursdays through August 27th (excluding 7/9, 7/16, 7/23)
