Employee Experience Network

At our next quarterly meeting, learn from colleagues working to improve the employee experience across UC Davis and UC Davis Health. This group was formed in response to feedback from past employee engagement surveys where we realized how important it is for action to be taken locally. The purpose of the group is to highlight progress and improvement actions, inspire and motivate continuous efforts, and build relationships.
