It is time for Annual Performance Appraisals and we have webinars and online resources to help supervisors and employees complete them successfully.

• Online resources to help you complete the performance appraisal
• Resources to support supervisors and employees conducting appraisals

Reminder: Mandatory Training Compliance

Ensure you have completed all mandatory training necessary to receive at least a “meets expectations” rating. You can verify compliance by viewing your Dashboard in the UC Learning Center. Note that student employees also must be fully compliant with mandatory training.
