Vicki recently celebrated her 10-year anniversary with UC—a milestone reflecting both her dedication and lasting impact. Her institutional knowledge allows her to anticipate issues before they arise, navigate complex situations with confidence, and serve as a steady anchor for the team.
Master of the Complex
One of Vicki's most impressive contributions is her role as subject matter expert for the highly complex manual payroll processes for the Fire Department and Police Department. She has managed this intricate function manually since the inception of UCPath, maintaining a remarkable 99% accuracy rate. This level of precision reflects her meticulous attention to detail, deep technical knowledge, and unwavering commitment to excellence.

In March 2025, during SSO's first-ever awards ceremony, Vicki was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award by senior leadership—a recognition that speaks volumes about her consistent high performance and the respect she has earned across the organization.
