What We Do:
Workforce Planning is a piloted program among various UC Davis divisions to assist the long-term planning of operational needs, such as recruiting, learning and development, and succession management.
Human Resource Information Systems
HRIS offers production support to all of Human Resources to both UC Davis and UC Davis Health in the form of internal-facing HR products and administration. It includes PeoleAdmin, PeopleSoft, web services, training and consulting.
Data-driven Decision Making
Offers support to Recruitment, Compensation, Performance Management through organization and employee data (data when/where people need it). Currently accessible through Health Tableau.
Facilities Management (formerly known as Operations) offers campus moving, safety & security, Wifi, building maintenance, space allocation, and addresses.
