It is with mixed emotions that we announce the retirement of Mertianna Georgia, whose last day with the SSO was December 1st. Mertianna has been an integral part of the SSO since 2012, and her absence will be deeply felt by colleagues and clients alike.

Throughout her time with the SSO, Mertianna has been an incredible asset to the Staff Employment team, bringing a wealth of knowledge, consummate professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping others. She has provided unmatched customer service to her clients in Continuing & Professional Education, FOA, and the Offices of the Chancellor and Provost. Beyond her skills as an HR Generalist, she has also been a cherished friend and colleague, providing levity and laughter to her team in every meeting. Her contributions have been invaluable.
