2027 People Management Essentials Courses Now Available

The 2027 People Management Essentials multi-day, onsite training courses (MPP and Cohort) are now available in the UC Learning Center. 

All other 2027 People Management Essentials courses will be published by November 1, 2026.

 Because these courses are required for supervisors and managers, we encourage you to enroll early and reserve the dates on your calendar well before your training deadline approaches. 

Visit your UC Learning Center (UCLC) Learning Dashboard and check Required Training for courses assigned to you. Assignments vary based on your role and prior training, so you may not see every course in the program. If a course is assigned, you can register for an available session from your dashboard.
