- Access Your Instructor Schedule
- Learn how to access your instructor schedule in the UC Learning Center. From the UC Learning Center home page, select Self from the top navigation bar. Then Learning, then Instructor Schedule. Refer to this job aid for step-by-step instructions on how to access your schedule.
- Access Class Rosters and Registrant Emails
- Learn how to access, download and print class rosters in a variety of formats, as well as export registrant email addresses.
These tools can help you distribute digital course materials, foster connection, provide a point of contact for questions, and track attendance for submission to our team after class ends. Refer to this job aid for step-by-step instructions on how to access class rosters and registrant emails. - Manage Your Waitlist
- For more information, refer to the How to View and Manage Your Class Waitlist job aid.
After Course
- Manage Your Roster
- Within 2 days of delivering your class, email your attendance rosters to
[email protected] with "ROSTER" in the subject line. - Manage Evaluations
- Instructors requesting evaluation links are added as collaborators to a Qualtrics survey set up specifically for their course.
This process offers convenient access to a survey URL and results. The instructor is responsible for sending the course evaluation survey to their learners.
We suggest waiting 2-3 weeks after survey distribution for learners to respond before accessing your results. - Share Handouts
- We encourage instructors to share out course artifacts digitally.
Please remember, all course materials shared digitally must meet WCAG 2.1 accessibility requirements.
