Gayle is an accomplished Executive Leadership Coach and leadership development professional. She brings 30 years of successful leadership experience across five sectors of business, corporate, technology, non-profit, ministry and entrepreneurship to work on your behalf. An influencer and connector of people with extensive communication, leadership skills, financial and project management acumen, she’s worked in and with global Fortune 100 companies, state and local agencies, as well as, small startups.
Gayle professional education includes the following degrees certifications and credentials:
- Certified Professional Coach (CPC)
- ICF credentialed, Professional Certified Coach (PCC)
- MBA - concentration in Finance and Marketing from the esteemed UC Davis Graduate School of Management
- Project Management Professional credential (PMP), October 2009- 2018 including teaching PMP prep courses
- Diversity and Inclusion Certification through Cornell University
As the owner of Guest-Brown Impact, Gayle provides highly rated, customized leadership development training and coaching for multinational fortune 40 corporations, non-profits, faith and community organizations. In 2019 she received the Sac Business Journal's Women Who Mean Business Award.

She is active member in the International Coach Federation (ICF) – Sacramento. Gayle is a member of Coaches of Equality and Diversity LinkedIn Group to heighten her own awareness and skill set with regard to supporting diversity and equity. She also serves the community as a Safe Black Space and Emotional Emancipation Circle Facilitator working to heal the impacts of racial trauma. Gayle was honored by the Sac Cultural Hub, receiving its Exceptional Women of Color Award.
