The tiered certificate series, offered through the Office of Academic Advising, piloted what was supposed to be Level Two beginning last spring. Soon after participants began, it was clear that the project-based certificate that had been implemented represented the next level (Level Three, also known as the Academic Advising Professional Development Project - AAPDP). In this coffee talk, the Certificate Level Three participants will present their professional development projects, discuss the transferability of those projects, and address questions related to project content. Additionally, Certificate Level Three leads and participants will talk about takeaways from the pilot and what to expect for the future.
