Marianne McClelland has fifteen years of intellectual property experience. She began her copyright career as an Art Historian at art museums and art colleges in Washington, D.C., including the Smithsonian Institution. She holds a Master’s degree in Art History and a dual Bachelor’s degree in Art History and English. She is currently the Intellectual Property and MTA Analyst for UC Davis InnovationAccess within the Office of Research. She helps manage campus copyrights for The Regents and negotiates material and data transfer agreements to protect the university’s research rights.
