The annual employee review is an important part of performance management and employee development. At UC Davis, we have a consistent philosophy for recognizing and rewarding non-represented employees with a merit based salary program. Our philosophy is the same no matter if you work in Davis or Sacramento. However, the tools and technologies for initiating and completing the annual review does vary by location.

How do you access EPAR?

Your can access the EPAR system through this link.

How do you to view historical records?
You can access to your historical records/appraisals and summary of accomplishments at any time through the EPAR system. Enter the EPAR system select the EPAR Management tab, and then select the Historical tab. 

Does the application time out?
For security purposes, if the application is left open and unused for 60 minutes, you will automatically be logged out. It is best to “save” your work regularly.

Can I copy and paste from other applications into the EPAR application?
Yes, copy and paste capabilities work with this application.
