This course introduces systemic thinking and offers simple techniques for incorporating systemic thinking in our work and personal lives.
Too often we face the same problems again and again and think we don't have the time to get ahead. Systemic thinking helps us to see that how we think about what we are experiencing or observing is key to moving forward and off the treadmill. In this course participants will learn how to think in terms of relationships and context, how to leverage actions to move beyond micro-management, quick fix, and reactive orientations, and how to more effectively manage highly complex and fast-changing situations.
Course Preparation: Prior to the course, please read "What is Systems Thinking?"
