Michelle Younger has worked on campus since 2009 and has been with the Employee Benefits team since 2012 as a Benefits Analyst. She has a Human Resources background with over nine years of experience working directly with Employer Benefit plans. She advises both academic and staff departments and employees on matters related to UC Benefits eligibility and processes. She is also experienced in counseling employees in regards to benefits related to leave and disability. Michelle also instructs employees in New Employee Orientation and other workshops.
