
Andrea Weiss, M.S., N.C.C., M.C.C., National Certified Counselor and Master Career Counselor, has over 20 years of experience in career counseling, executive recruitment, and training. As a career counselor, she has helped hundreds of individuals by providing personalized, confidential career counseling services to identify and pursue satisfying careers, manage successful career transitions and take advantage of new opportunities. In addition, she is an expert in all phases of the recruitment process, having conducted a wide range of executive recruitments for public, nonprofit, and higher education clients. Andrea’s experience also includes designing and delivering employee development workshops on various career and personal growth topics; she is a Master Myers-Briggs Practitioner and Workshop Facilitator. Andrea earned a master’s degree in career counseling from C.S.U. Sacramento and a bachelor’s degree in international relations from UC Davis. She is a graduate of The Management Center’s Packard Foundation Nonprofit Executive Search Institute and has served on the Child Abuse Prevention Center board.
