Catrina Wagner, M.Ed., has worked at UC Davis since 1995. She is currently the Associate Director for the Office of Student Development and Director of New Student Academic Services in Student Housing. In this capacity, she oversees all academic initiatives and development for the department, including the First-Year Experience Academic Advising/RHAT program, the campus-wide Orientation program, and the 'Understanding the Research University' First-Year Seminar. Catrina has been a member of the Office of Campus Community Relations Diversity Educators team since 2001, where she develops and facilitates workshops and training programs on issues related to social justice and diversity education for faculty, staff, students and community members. Catrina earned her Masters of Education in College Student Personnel from Ohio University, and is a private consultant in diversity education, organizational development, and multicultural leadership.
