Stephen Green, J.D., M.B.A., is the Manager of the Davis Campus’ Employee and Labor Relations unit. In this role, he serves the campus ensuring managers and staff comply with UC policy, relevant collective bargaining agreements, and California and Federal labor law. Employee and Labor Relations also responds to staff complaints and grievances, and serves as the liaison to the Office of the President on systemwide collective bargaining matters. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Finance), followed by completing his J.D. and M.B.A. degrees at UC Davis. Prior to his University employment he worked as a plaintiff’s attorney in employment and labor law matters, representing clients in the Greater Sacramento
