Course Description

The decision to make the transition from an individual contributor to the role of supervisor at UC Davis is an important one that should not be taken lightly. Why do you want to be a supervisor? The Introduction to Supervision course will give you the opportunity to complete a self-assessment, explore supervisory myths and hear from a panel of experienced UC Davis supervisors.

  • Self-assessment
  • Current challenges at UC Davis
  • Panel discussion: “A day in the life of a supervisor at UC Davis”
