Building an environment that doesn't just tolerate, but values diversity requires the active participation of everyone in the organization. Participants in this course will gain practical information about developing personal and organizational cultural competence that can be applied at work, at home or in community organizations. This session includes an exploration of how the pandemic has impacted this area of DEI.
