Crucial Conversations for Mastering Dialogue

Mastering Dialogue is a course that teaches skills for creating alignment and agreement by fostering opening dialogue around high-stakes, emotional, or risky topics – at all levels of the organization.

Course Description:

By learning how to speak and be heard (and encouraging others to do the same), you’ll surface the best ideas, make the highest-quality decisions, and then act on your decisions with unity and commitment. Content is based on the book Crucial Conversations: Tools for Talking When Stakes are High, by Kerry Patterson and Joseph Grenny.

Participants with be provided with the practical tools to:

  • Speak persuasively, not abrasively
  • Foster teamwork and better decision-making
  • Build acceptance rather than resistance
  • Resolve individual and group disagreements respectfully

Please note that this course is for supervisors and managers only. L&D covers a sizeable materials fee for each participant and full attendance at the two-part/two-day course and is required.
