Course Description

Drawing from negotiation and conflict management best practices, this interactive webinar will provide a road map designed to help you discover solutions that meet your needs in complex and challenging situations. 

Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, provider number CEP 26, for 1 contact hour. RN attendees will not receive C.E. credit if they miss more than 5 minutes of the class; no partial credit can be awarded. C.E. credit may take up to 60 days to post to learner transcripts.
