  • Words to use and avoid when having difficult conversations 
  • Maximizing your chances of being heard when sharing concerns or requests

Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, provider number CEP 26, for 1 contact hour. RN attendees will not receive C.E. credit if they miss more than 5 minutes of the class; no partial credit can be awarded. C.E. credit may take up to 60 days to post to learner transcripts.
