Senior Management Group Payroll/Personnel Coordination

SMG payroll/personnel coordination is centralized within the Office of the Associate Vice Chancellor-Human Resources and/or via the Offices of the Chancellor and Provost:

SMG Personnel Files - The Office of the Associate Vice Chancellor - HR serves as the office of record for SMG personnel files;

SMG Timesheet Processing - SMG timesheets are coordinated by the Offices of the Chancellor and Provost (OCP) and are due monthly. Once completed, original timesheets are retained within the SMG member’s department.

SMG Personnel Transactions - The Office of the Associate Vice Chancellor – HR is responsible for entering personnel transactions into the payroll/personnel system.

SMG Service Calculations – The Office of the Associate Vice Chancellor – HR is responsible for SMG service calculation.
